Sorry, probably not. To keep things tractable and intimate, we are only
hosting websites for those people we personally know. Maybe in the future
we will expand to unattached third parties, but for now, we like it better
this way. We don't mean to be inclusive, we just want to maintain high-quality,
and this is the best way to do it right now.
How Does It Work?
We do our hosting out of VPSs. Instead of having one huge server (although,
we do have one of those too), we think it will be better to have many
small servers. The servers run some flavor of GNU Linux and a fine
assortment of Open Source Software. If you have more detailed questions,
please write us - we love to answer technical questions.
Who Drew the Monkey? It's Terrible!
I did, of course. Could you do better? We might pay you for it! The monkey
is a "clean room reverse engineering" of Bobo the Monkey from
perlmonkee.com, which was originally
drawn by Evelin Sun - like, almost a million years ago.
